The hotel location is convenient. The MRT station is directly accessible. Transport to various attractions is very easy. The staff are very helpful. They responded quickly to my requests. The check-in process was quick, so I could quickly settle in. The rooms feature effective soundproofing. I did not experience disturbances. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
The gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

the location was great for me. outram park mrt station was right below the hotel, this made travel easy. i loved the breakfast it had many variations. the staff are very friendly and helpful.
the room looked old, i see the carpet is very dirty. the walls also are peeling off. the sockets next to the bed are broken, i couldn't charge without holding the head of the charger into the socket.
